Cosmic Dreams Collection

Dowling’s latest collection is a time-traveling collaboration between his 1980s self and his present-day vision, brought to life through the transformative use of Artificial Intelligence. Original paintings from the the 80s are scanned in high resolution, then processed with AI tools that refine texture, reimagine light sources, and infuse cosmic color schemes without losing the authenticity of the original brushwork.

Once digitally enhanced, each piece is printed onto canvas or archival paper, where Dowling adds hand-painted accents using iridescent pigments, neon ink, and metallic foils. This fusion of old and new forms a bridge across decades, transforming youthful energy into visionary surrealism that pulses with clarity, memory, and reinvention.

Symbolism—both universal and deeply personal—flows freely throughout the work: floating eyes, ethereal staircases, and mythical hybrid creatures emerge from the surreal environments. Current Inventory over 2500 unique smaller format 16” x 20” pieces on average.
